What products do you sell?
CHRISANNE CLOVER is the world's leading dance costuming designers and have created Ballroom and Latin dresses for well known television shows such as "Strictly Come Dancing", "Britain's Got Talent" and "Dancing On Ice". You can buy these stunning dresses from www.chrisanne-clover.com or take advantage of our bespoke dress making service, where you can work with our talented designers to design and make your very own unique dress!

We also pride ourselves for supplying the best quality fabrics within the dance industry and are a recommend wholesaler of crystals from swarovski. so if you want to dazzle on the dance floor, chrisanne clover have everything you need to stand out of the crowd!
What are your delivery times?
Being an global company, we deliver anywhere around the world, so whether you want something sent to Scotland or Japan, we will make sure your parcel gets to you safe and sound. There are a variety of delivery options available when you checkout. Simply select the option that would best suit you. For example, if you wanted a parcel delivered to Japan, you can choose from "Japanese Courier", which will be delivered in 3/4 days or "Japanese Normal Post", which will be delivered in 6/7 days. If you are unsure of the delivery dates, our friendly sales team will be happy to help. Do you have a returns policy?

Do your sales team speak different languages?
Yes. We pride ourselves for having a talented, multilingual team who speak a selection of languages including, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, Chinese, Russian and Japanese. 
Will I receive an order confirmation and customer ID number?
Yes. Once you have completed your order online, you will receive an email with your order details. Included in this email, you will have an order number starting with the letters "SO" followed by six numbers. Your customer ID number will be the first four letters of your surname followed by three numbers. If your surname is shorter than four letters, the missing characters will be filled in by an underscore.

If you need to contact the sales team about your order, always quote your customer ID and order number.
I have not received my order confirmation, what do I do?
Make sure the email hasn't been sent to your junk/spam folder. If it is not there, give the sales team a call or drop them an email. To avoid emails being sent to your junk mail, please save the email address sales@chrisanne-clover.com in your contacts/safe senders list.

How do I purchase a CHRISANNE CLOVER Club?
If you would like to buy a CHRISANNE CLOVER Club click here and select the country of delivery.
Why can't I add an item to my basket?
The item you are interested in maybe out of stock, which is indicated by a red cross on the product information page.
Can I pre-order out of stock items?
No. You cannot pre-order items online however, if you would like to find out when this product will be back in stock, please contact the sales team.
How can I view my recent orders?
Your order details can be viewed in My Account.
The website won't accept my card details, what can I do?

Double check the following pieces of information have been entered correctly...

The name on the card The name needs to be written in exactly the same way as it is written on the card. So if your name is Mrs. Juliet Briggs but your card says Mrs J Briggs, then this is how you should write it.
Billing address The billing address needs to match the address that the card was registered to. If this does not match, the payment will not go through as the banking system will reject it.
Card number Make sure the card number is typed in correctly with no spaces
Start and expiry date Your card must have a start and expiry date. If you have any problems providing these details, please call our sales team for help on +44(0) 20 8640 5921 or email sales@chrisanne-clover.com for a call back.
Security number The security number or CV2 are the last three numbers written on the BACK of your card. It is usually located on your signature strip.
