Try It On Service Terms and Conditions

* Customer can try any one of our stock dresses on for a 50% deposit per dress (over 3 and deposit will be agreed) and shipping fee.

* Once customer has received dress(es) they have 5 working days to decide if suitable.

* If suitable they just need to pay the remainder of money and repair kit and dress bag will be sent out to go with dress.

* If unsuitable Chrisanne Clover will arrange with customer suitable time for collection of dress which customer shall pay for shipping back.

* Once received back dress will be QC and as long as dress is still saleable the 50% deposit will be paid back to customer.

* The only cost the customer will incur is the shipping fee there and back.

* Customer is able to do this as many times as they want.

* Depending where stock dress is located process normally is turned around within 2 weeks.

* Any duty/tax that is incurred through shipping will need to be picked up by customer.

* Full payment will be taken if dress is held over 14 days.

* A security tag will be attached on the dress if this is removed or tampered with in anyway the deposit will not be refunded when dress is returned.

* Adding floats- from £60 excl.VAT

* Changing size of sleeves- from £70 excl.VAT

* Altering straps- from £45 excl.VAT

* Adding bra fillers- from £45 excl.VAT
