This year we opened our Blackpool Dance Festival stand at the Imperial Hotel with our much anticipated first ever UK Fashion Show. This prestigious event showcased 3 fabulous collections, introduced by renowned Latin dance Champion, Carmen.
First down the runway was our NEW collection ESPEN SALBERG for CHRISANNE CLOVER dancewear, followed by our beautiful Couture Ballroom dresses, ending with a stunning finale with Espen Salberg’s Firmato Haute Couture Evening wear collection: Birds of Paradise.
It was a magnificent show, with the CHRISANNE CLOVER and ESPEN SALBERG teams pulling out all the stops to create a real show stopping event. We were thrilled that so many customers attended and for those who could not make it in person the event was also streamed Live on our Instagram and Facebook stories for all to see.

There was such a fantastic turn out of spectator’s eager to view the show and see for themselves what these luxurious new collections had to offer. The chance to meet and greet the renowned Espen and Ronnie Li in person, 2 of the biggest celebrities in the dance world in their own rights, with spectators eager to take the ever popular group selfies that Ronnie is well known for on social media :)
Talking to our Couture Executive Becky Saunders who worked back stage helping dress the gorgeous models, Becky had this to say about the show…
‘After weeks of organisation and communication from all involved all around the world it was finally fashion show day!
There was a buzz on the stand from the minute we stepped inside as the Chrisanne Clover and Espen team's day started with a whirl of activity.
As it neared show time and the audience started to expectantly arrive, the models and the dressing team gathered in the fitting room, to wait for their moment with an incredible air of excitement and anticipation.
All the models looked fabulous and you could feel how the beautiful clothes were giving them the confidence to wear them to their fullest.
The organisation from behind the scenes was precise and flawless. 16 girls with 3 dress changes each, seamlessly left the back stage to gracefully walk the walk and return to change to the next outfit, in a deadline of seconds rather than minutes. Each time looking just as immaculate as the last.
The adrenaline and thrill of the show was seen on all the models faces, stunning smiles and winning looks as they re-entered after their time on the catwalk, and just the pure delight to be able to wear Chrisanne Clover and Espen.’

It was truly amazing to see this show come together live with months of planning and hard work from our colleagues in Blackpool. I think we can all say at CHRISANNE CLOVER that we were so very proud and was so fantastic to see so much support and enthusiasm from the crowd.
