Doing our bit
Being the industry leader, Chrisanne Clover has been able to donate a selection of quality fabrics for the making of scrubs, masks, scrub caps and ear-loop bands. Not only that we want to do our part to support the NHS, but also it’s FUN! Our skilled staff were thrilled to be able to be part of the team to offer their talent with making scrubs and masks. Here is a catwalk piece made by Chrisanne Clover and modelled by one of our directors Mr. Giles Hatch !
While our skeleton team is running the business under government health and safety guideline, our Managing Director Mr. Ronnie Li took the lead of creating a fitness routine in the office during this period. Despite continuous muscle pain and sweats, our well bonded team brings lots of giggles to our daily life in the office while we thrive to fulfil our mail order service to keep the industry going.
We have also been able to continue our innovation and inspiration during this period to stretch each other into product and service review. From order processing to marketing planning, from product research and development to logistic solutions, our team has never been more multi-skilled and cross-department competent ! This could only happen with years of experience and willingness to pull everything through ! It is a clear message to everyone that we will do whatever it takes to get through this challenging time !

Tan Matas Spray
What do our experts think?
'This spray is a fantastic water based tan that makes for an easy application with a gorgeous colour. It is great for building up your tan before a competition as a base coat which is good to start doing a few days before an event. If you desire a deeper shade on the day, top up with an instant tanning product such as the starlight tanning spray.

How does the Matas Spray differ from the Matas Lotion?
'With its water base application, it smoothes over the skin almost like an oil and spreads easily and dries really quickly! The Matas Lotion is a gradual cream that comes out white in order to help see the cream to smooth over the body evenly. The Matas Lotion is not as intense in colour as the Matas Spray and would recommend combining it with the DHA Intensifier before a competition to build up a nice colour. Personally, the Matas Spray is my new favourite tanning product and I recommend you try it for yourself!'

Whether it be a cream, liquid or spray you desire we have it covered with our collection of instant tans. Complete with the ever popular Starbody instant cream, Profi Brown Liquid, as well as the Sexy Tan and Starlight spray tans with a shimmer effect. These tans are intense in colour and will transform your colour to a gorgeous glow. Perfect for the Latin shade of dark you need. This collection of instant tans will wash off after use.
Our collection of gradual tans comes in forms of creams, liquids and water spray that will give you the perfect base to start developing your desired shade. Recommended to apply on clean, exfoliated skin to start, build up your tan with daily applications a week before your competition to build up a gorgeous base colour. For a darker shade, intensify your bottles with our DHA powders. These tans absorb into your skin like a moisturiser and they won't wash off immediately.
FIXATIVE SPRAYOnce your desired tan is complete and perfect ready on the big day, fix it in place with our Fixative spray. A pleasant, soft and washable clear spray that dries quickly, ideal to fix instant tan and body make-up.

Pearl chiffon vs satin chiffon
Pearl Chiffon vs Satin Chiffon?
It is completely down to personal preference! Pearl Chiffon and Satin Chiffon are top selling fabrics within our range, and are available in a large array of colours. Both Chiffon fabrics have a luxurious feel and texture, which move beautifully in skirts and floats for ultimate fluidity of movement and shine.
Satin Chiffon is EXCLUSIVE to CHRISANNE CLOVER and due to its light nature holds a slightly higher sheen than Pearl Chiffon, which has a marginal subtleness to its shine.
Both Pearl Chiffon and Satin Chiffon are perfect for use for Ballroom and Latin dresses. Skirts and floats are perfect for displaying the qualities of the chiffon within Ballroom dresses. In Latin dresses, the Pearl Chiffon or Satin Chiffon can be draped over leotards and bodices creating an elegant and sophisticated drape, lustrous fluidity and motion during dancing. These fabrics are also great for Ice skating when used in the same way to Latin dresses.
We offer a pleating service which is a fantastic alternative way to add flare to your dress, creating a new dimension to the overall look. Pearl and Satin Chiffon fabrics pleat extremely well, making this a top design choice.
